Gekko Images makes getting paid and other administrative tasks easy. You can view the status of your account at anytime online. At the end of the billing cycle you will have your commission deposited into your designated bank account. An electronic statement will be sent to you via email.

All transactions occur online transactions are completed through PayPal.

This page displays details of the last 10 photographs that have have sold on Gekko Images. It shows the last 10 keyword searches that your photographs have featured and the last 10 keyword searches across the site
Commission rates for Royalty-free photographs
Gekko Images has a straight 50% commission rate levied on all sales on the site. The table below details the sale price for each size and star rating for Royalty-free images. For Rights-managed image prices see below.

Rights Managed Image Sales 4 & 5 Star Collections
The commissions for RM sales is 50%. Rates for image sales are bench-marked against the market and vary depending on the usage that is required. Our RM image wizard allows buyers to calculate the price for images based on their usage.
Rights Managed Images 1 to 3 star
RM 1,2 & 3 star images are prices the same as RF with equivalent star rating. This allows you to sell you RF quality images under RM licencing. You will not get more money for the sale but your images are protected against future use. This is ideal for photographers that do not want to sell images as RF.

Getting paid
Gekko will automatically pay you on the 15th of each month for sales that occurred in the previous month that have been remitted by the client as part of our standard terms. Payment is paid via electronic funds transfer directly into you designated bank account. An up to the minute account preview is provided to you in your account management page.
